Don’t track it’s consumption.
I’m finally learning this with time. I’ve been tracking my time at work and personally the last few days and if I’m consistent with it, it makes a big difference.
If you track everything you do, where to make improvements is glaringly obvious.
Without tracking your time, you’ll inevitably waste much of your greatest resource.

how do you track the usage of time? any online tool or simple pen/paper..

I’ve used Office Time so far, but I”m still experimenting. Would definitely love recommendations. For tracking daily items, I journal with Scrivener. I’ll have to blog about that soon.
