“Tomorrow”

November 10, 2011 By Ben

I’m a hypocrite for writing this.

Earlier this week I said that I would begin my 100 push-up experiment “tomorrow” because it was 9:30pm, which is of course too late to exercise…

Tomorrow came and went and I forgot all about it.

The choice we have is rarely between today or tomorrow.

It is today or never.

Today was yesterday’s tomorrow.

If you have an interest in doing something–do it now.

You don’t have to start with a leap, but make a small first step of progress.

Any way you can move the needle forward is progress. Even if it’s just sending out an important email.

Tomorrow is comfortable, but empty. Today is painful, but positive.

Embrace the pain and see it as a sign of positive growth.

This commercial will hit most people like a freight train. It’s one of the best commercials I’ve seen this year.
